Here you will find savory main dishes that feature NO CREAM and NO CHEESE. That does not mean these recipes are dairy-free. Some of them have butter, etc. But because these recipes are not slathered with cream products and cheese, it's really easy to make them dairy-free. One easy substitution is to use olive oil instead of butter. Also, these dinner meals are inherently lighter since they are not packed with saturated fats.
- All of the recipes selected here are well-balanced, complete main dishes that feature a variety of ingredients, from proteins to pasta, and/or vegetables.
- The ingredients include a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood. Your choices include (but are not limited to) poultry (chicken or duck), meats (beef, pork, sausage, lamb), and seafood (salmon, shrimp, scallops).
- I also share lots of flavorful pasta recipes without any cheese or cream.
- You will not find salad recipes or desserts here, only savory dinners. For my salad collection - go here.
- These recipes will prove to you that you don't need rich ingredients, such as cream and cheese, to have fulfilling meals that keep you full and satisfied!

Carmela Maltese
We're is the recipe for the pasta with no cream
Julia
Carmela, all of these dishes have no cream and no cheese. Some of them are pastas, some are not. I like the idea of creating another collection of just pastas with no cream and no cheese - thank you for the idea (just added this to my to-do list)! 🙂
