Also, about to go to the grocery store to get ingredients to make your Apple Spinach Salad for Thanksgiving. I have one question - it says 3 tablespoons of Dijon - that sounds like a lot - is that correct?

About the salad, I do like the salad dressing to be heavy on Dijon mustard, but please feel free to use 2 tablespoons to start with and then add extra if needed.
