      Lucen espectaculares todos los platillos, de inmediato se antoja cocinar.
      Yo cocino para una familia que cuida mucho sus ingestas, uno es diabรฉtico, otra tiene condiciรณn cardรญaca y otra debe perder peso. Es difรญcil pero debo buscar cocinar con mucha proteรญna y pocos carbohidratos.
      De vez en cuando se salen un poco, pero yo soy quien cuida su alimentaciรณn bรกsica. Me ayudas?

      Hi,
      I would like to subscribe and couldn't figure out how to do it aside from like this so hopefully that works! Also, about to go to the grocery store to get ingredients to make your Apple Spinach Salad for Thanksgiving. I have one question - it says 3 tablespoons of Dijon - that sounds like a lot - is that correct?

        About the salad, I do like the salad dressing to be heavy on Dijon mustard, but please feel free to use 2 tablespoons to start with and then add extra if needed.
