Not sure what went wrong but my chicken was severely under cooked. Thin cut chicken breasts cooked at 400* in a convection oven for 28 minutes. The cheese on top was all dried out but everything else was pretty much raw. Cover and double the time.
Julia
Hi Melissa! Not sure what went wrong. Were the chicken breasts thawed before you put them in the oven? Was the oven pre-heated to 400 F BEFORE adding the chicken breasts? With my ovens, I found sometimes that the temperature is not always accurate - so that could be the case. Maybe the oven was underheated.

What’s the serving size for the nutrition information?
Julia
The whole recipe makes 4 servings. So, one serving is 1 chicken breast + 1/4th of all the toppings.

This is the BEST chicken recipe out there!! The first time I made it I had to make it for 2 more nights following the 1st! Not a single bite left, ever!! It is super everytime. I add chopped green onions before I bake it, and it tastes a lot like Twice-Baked Potato chicken! YUMMMMY!!!
