I love garlic with just about anything, and the green beans are no exception!  Sauteed garlic tastes GREAT with green beans and bacon!

This is a great side dish for many grilled meats, and it’s especially good for holiday menu on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve.

Could you use frozen green beans for this recipe?

I’ve made this many times and would think frozen would work, I wouldn’t boil them though. Once your bacon is done and you’ve sautéed the garlic a bit, just throw the frozen beans in to the pan and warm them through. They’d likely get soggy if you boiled.
