- 1 zucchini thinly sliced
- 6 strips bacon cooked, drained, chopped
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Add 4 chicken breasts to casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the chicken with dry Ranch seasoning mix.
- Top with sliced zucchini and chopped cooked bacon.
- Top with shredded Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.

Notes
- Use regular chicken breasts or thinly sliced chicken breasts. If your chicken breasts are large, slice each one in half horizontally. By doing this, you can make 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts out of each large chicken breast.
- The chicken should be cooked through in about 20 minutes. The actual time depends on your oven. All ovens are different. It also depends on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Thin chicken breasts will cook faster.
- The chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink in the center.
- When broiling, check often. Make sure the cheese doesn't burn too much on top of the chicken.

Thank you, Victoria! Glad you enjoyed the recipe! 🙂

We used tequila instead of chicken and it turned out weird. The tequila was a little hot after baking for that long. Didn’t see limes on this recipe but we don’t like them anyhow.
Bill
Delicious. It was a winner. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. this was a great way to use my Zucchini & the dry ranch dressing in the pantry. YUM!
Sharon
This was absolutely delicious! So easy to throw together! I didn’t have ranch dressing powder, so I looked up the ingredients and the only thing I didn’t have was the buttermilk powder, I didn’t feel like going out so I mixed all Spices together. And it turned out great! Will make this again and again!

Darla
Ranch is a seasoning used to make ranch salad dressing. It is also used as a flavoring in many recipes. It is very good. You can probably purchase it on amazon.com. it comes packaged in individual packets or in a canister that holds many servings.
jennifer
Hidden valley original ranch powder. It is usually with the salad dressings
Anna

My chicken was not very thick, but was uncooked after 20 minutes. I doubled the time and it was barely done.

Have you tried this in the crockpot?
