I made this but tweaked it just a little. I added some garlic powder along with the salt and pepper and I used chive and onion cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese as well as added some shredded mozzarella with the cheddar. It was delicious! Everyone loved it!

I made this the first time, but left it in too long.
Good thing I did, the cheese on top was browned and crispy. Absolutely delish! Hubby loved it.
Made it again lastnight, but I forgot how, so, I added spinach on top of the chicken breasts, bacon & cream cheese, then topped with the cheddar!

Doing South Beach diet lifestyle, so modified by using less cheese (low fat cream cheese, sharp cheddar), more spices (garlicnpowder, dried onions, peppercorn) & to save time used chicken tenderloins. Super tasty, served with a side of mixed veggies. Enjoyed many servings during the 2019 Buffalo blizzard.
