Lemon Sugar Dessert Crepes - these French-style crepes are made from scratch and then sprinkled with freshly squeezed lemon juice and some sugar! Simple yet pure deliciousness!

    Lemon Sugar Dessert Crepes

I love crepes and often eat them plain, with just a sweetened drink or coffee. That's what a good crepe should be like - delicious all on its own! Lemon sugar dessert crepes are as simple and easy to make as you can get. Just make some crepes from scratch and then, right before serving, sprinkle them with lemon juice and top with a little bit of granulated sugar.

It's so delicious - this might become your favorite way to eat crepes!

French crepes or blini with lemon slices on top

And you don't need a lot of lemon juice or a lot of sugar. Just add a little bit of both, and you're good!  If you want crepes stuffed with berries or fruit, I have these recipes you might like:

There is something very special about a soft crepe and crunchy granulated sugar in your mouth. Simple foods at its best!

All these are amazing! I also made banana ones, caramelise banana, butter and brown sugar then add a little cream until it thickens, it was very nice with whipped cream.

Lemon and granulated sugar are great. I also love fresh strawberries that are lightly mashed with sugar, then wrapped in the crepe. Once folded place fresh sliced strawberries on top and sprinkle with confectioners sugar...yum

Fresh strawberries mashed with sugar are so good! I could eat them even without a crepe, LOL!
