Does the asparagus actually cook well in that short period of time? I was told asparagus takes at least 40 minutes to bake.

I prefer asparagus to have a crunch to it, so roasting the asparagus for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 400 F is usually enough. Make sure your oven is preheated to 400 F.

Yes, there is a little bit of chopped green onion on top of the cooked salmon, along with the chopped fresh parsley. I love green onions and add them to lots of dishes as garnish.

Just read the nutrition facts and am confused about the carb count. How can there even be 3g of carbs from sugars?

The recipe says grated cheese, but this look like shredded cheese. Can you tell me if it shredded (the kind you buy in the refrigerated section) or grated (the kind you buy in the isles with the dry goods). Making this tomorrow for a dinner party.

It's the shredded cheese. I actually shred it myself. I buy a block of Parmesan cheese, and shred it or grate it using a grater/shredder. When shredding the cheese myself (like I usually do), it doesn't matter if it's grated or shredded cheese. Buy the shredded Parmesan cheese in the refrigerated section in the store - it will work perfectly here. You can see in one of my photos in this post what the shredded cheese looks like before it's cooked.

Hey! New here to the salmon world! Love it in restaurants and want to make it at home! I bought some today to make this recipe for dinner and didn't realize I bought the kind that the skin has been cut off of already, the woman in the deli gave me the option but I figured skin off was a plus... Wondering if it's still okay to follow this recipe with!?? Thanks!!

Yes, it's completely fine to proceed with this recipe if your salmon doesn't have skin.
