      Your recipes look wonderful. I have been the primary cook in our family for a long time. My wife and I have been married for 42 years. We cook everyday with just a few nights out each month. We own 7 outdoor grills , 4 ice cream machines as well as a huge kitchen. Looking forward to getting your emails.

      I just subscribed, Julia — and I’m really looking forward to receiving your recipes. I own nearly 11,000 cookbooks (which are very well used and much enjoyed!), and I’m working now on my 16th cookbook — but I’m always on the lookout for new and different recipes to try — and yours look absolutely fabulous! I really love to cook and entertain, and facing my 82nd birthday shortly doesn’t slow me down a bit! I am originally a Wyoming girl who very quickly connected with your Colorado location — they are both such a great part of our world! I love that your passion for cooking and entertaining hasn’t slowed down one bit—exactly how it should be! And I agree, Wyoming and Colorado are such special places. I've heard so much about Wyoming from my friends—I can't wait to visit someday, ski at Jackson Hole, and hike in the summer, even though I’m a little nervous about the grizzly bears! 🙂 🙂 Looking forward to sharing recipes with you, and thank you so much for your kind words!

      I have made many of your recipes and just love them. You are my go to when I am entertaining and I need ideas. My all time favorite is your Christmas Salad! Not only do I eat that regularly, I take it everywhere I go and always get compliments on it. So simple and delicious. Looking forward to the scalloped potatoes recipe, thank you.
