      Good Morning Julia,

      Curious, are your recipes centered around salads and pasta dishes only? Trying to stay away from pasta and focused on low fat low carb recipes. Awesome blog!

        Thank you, Michael, I do have a lot of pastas and salads, but those are not the only recipes I have. I do need to categorize my recipes better so that I can just point you in the right direction with a couple of clicks.

      Julia,

      I love your recipes but there is one problem that I have and that is that I am allergic to fish and seafood so I don't get to try all of the recipes. My question is can I trade out chicken, pork or turkey witout much of a problem?

        Hi Scott, so sorry to hear about your seafood allergy! Yes, most of my seafood recipes can be made with chicken (I recommend using skinless boneless chicken thighs, breasts, or tenders).

        Pork should work in many recipes (thinner pork tenderloin medallions for some recipes and bone-in pork chops for others). Here is an example of how I used pork tenderloin medallions in a recipe:

        A little joke: when my husband and I go out to eat, the waiters often ask if we have any food allergies, to which my husband usually responds that he is on a see-food diet. Some people don't get it so he goes on to explain: I see food, and I eat it. 🙂

        My focus right now is on creating a more diverse offering of recipes. Such as grilled recipes, dinner bowls, summer side dishes, appetizers, simple party food.

      Hello Julia, I think your recipes are simply glorious, not to mention delicious. I have subscribed to your website, but I am wondering whether you have any plans to publish a cookbook? The convenience of a book would be terrific. I think you would really capture the market should you do so and will be your first purchaser!

          I am a Registered Nurse and very interested in maintaining the healthy, tasty approach to food. Your approach looks very similar to what a Registered Dietitian - who is trained in diseases and the prevention approach. I look forward to seeing what you have to offer!
