      Hi,
YOUr recipes look good, but I really dont like skin on fruit (i.e., peaches, or apples) when in a dessert. Even seeing skin on the fruit in a picture, turns me off of the recipe.
Do you leave skin on for ease of prep, or is there another reason? Are any adjustments necessary if i take skin off?

Love your recipes. As a child, our neighbor would make a delicious custard pie with halved peaches on top. Do you have a similar recipe?
