Mireille
My family enjoyed this recipe. I added a little "Hot Honey" to it after I served it, which brought out the cilantro/lime/garlic flavors even more.
Definitely will make again! Next time I'll use the Hot Honey in the marinade, in lieu of the regular, to let the salmon cook with the honey flavor.
Julia

Nora
Could this be made in an air fryer?
Julia
Nora, I haven't tried this in an air fryer.
Tina
Can you make this with other white fish, perch, bass, etc, in a low sodium version? If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Julia
Tina, yes, this would be delicious with any white fish. Use the minimum amount of salt to taste to keep sodium low. Also, I find that using more garlic and more lime juice (but within moderation) can be enough to add flavor, and salt might not even be needed in this case - but it's up to your taste.
Lori
I made it according to recipeโฆexcellent!!

Could this be marinated in the mixture and then baked?
Julia
Yes, you can marinate the salmon in the mixture for about 1 hour in the refrigerator before baking.
Darr
When you remove the skin from the salmon does the salmon fall apart?
Julia
If you carefully slide the LARGE spatula all the way underneath the salmon (between the fillet and the skin), the salmon will not fall apart - and the skin will stay attached to the bottom of the cooking pan.

I am so glad I found and decided to try this recipe! I did cut the honey to 1T, as I knew my personal tastes would find 2T too sweet. OMYG!!! This might be my go-to for a healthy protein/fat/flavor explosion for 80,000 different applications. THANK YOU for sharing.
