Delicious Salmon recipe and definitely a new family favorite, thank you!
Quick question: could this recipe be made with a different fish or do you think it only works well with salmon?
Thanks for the recipe!
Thank you for the recipe! It took exactly 20 min for our 1.8 lb salmon that was still partially frozen. My husband kept complimenting it and said it’s the best cooked salmon dish he ever had- so moist, and perfect seasoning. He wanted to finish the whole thing! This is going to be our go to recipe from now on!
I love cilantro and I was so happy to find this easy recipe. Loved it. Thank you!
Just want to say that this recipe is perfect. I wouldn’t (and didn’t) change a thing. It was delicious out of here the oven and i anticipate it will be delicious cold for lunch tomorrow. I am curious how it will do on the bbq but I bet it will be equally delicious. Thanks for an easy and yummy dinner.
It was delicious and my husband described it as tangy! My three old loved it, although I gave her a piece with less garlic on it. Healthy and yummy

Just made this because I had cilantro/coriander to use up. It's delicious and easy. Went well with curried potatoes and cauliflower. Thank you!

Just a note to a pretty girl to say I made this tonight and Cline loved it!
Thank you, Judy! 🙂
Girl, this salmon is the bee’s knees. I have made salmon with honey and garlic before but the addition of cilantro and lime brightens it up. My husband loves it and that always makes me happy. He thinks I’m some kind of kitchen wizard. He doesn’t know I look up amazing recipes like yours. Queen.
Your comment made my day! I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe. 🙂
Delicious!! This will now be my go to recipe for salmon. 🙂
I am so glad you liked this recipe! 🙂
I have been making a cilantro lime salmon for several years. This recipe differs from mine a little with the addition of the honey and garlic, and baking it in foil. I really loved the changes. The honey really ads a nice sweetness that was enjoyed by my whole family. Also, cooking it in the foil kept the fish very moist. We had it with a simple salad and some fresh fruit and berries. It was delicious!! This is definitely hope I and doing it from now on. Thanks
I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe and that you liked honey and garlic combination!
I am trying not to cook with foil. Can't this be made in a small glass dish with the salmon tightly next to one another, or on a piece of parchment?
Yes, you can definitely make this in a small oven-safe glass baking dish with salmon tightly next to one another not to lose the juices. You can also use the parchment paper and just seal them really well (or place them tightly next to one another in a baking dish).
This recipe was absolutely delicious!!!! The combo of honey, lime and cilantro tasted sweet, tangy and not overpowering the taste of salmon. Healthy and calorie count pretty good, too. I could've eaten the whole pound of salmon and licked the plate. I had it with a side of marinated black beans, and the leftovers with side of brown rice. This recipe is simple to prepare and would be great for a dinner party.
Thanks for sharing - I in turn shared this with others.
