Love the recipe and I cooked it as presented.
It’s become a huge favorite around our house
and to be honest, I’m not a big fan of cooked
      pineapple! But this? Different story!

      Thank You!!!!

This was delicious even though I didnt have the bacon on hand(didn't even miss it). Instead I finely sliced some red pepper and zuchinni and layed it on the bottom of the baking dish before layering the rest of the ingredients. I also did not have mozza but had jalapeno jack cheese so used that. It was a perfect one dish meal! Thank you for the recipe!

I am not a chief but a pretty darn good cook; I have not tried this, but it looks like a great combination. The BBQ sauce is the secret to success. Thank you.

Love the recipe however one concern is I had to cook the chicken longer than 30 mins not sure why so therefore everything else kinda burned with it!

I am glad you liked the recipe! Every oven is different, and it might take longer to bake the chicken depending on the oven. Maybe, next time reduce the baking temperature to 350 F and bake longer to avoid burning.
