Hello! I so enjoy your site but my partner doesn't eat chicken! I know, can you imagine!!!! Looking for recipes for alternatives. Any suggestions????
You can just use something like sliced pork, flank steak, skirt steak, or shrimp in place of chicken in my chicken recipes.
Also, here is my recipe index - if you scroll down a bit, you can see all my recipes categorized by meat:

Your recipes look delicious. I look forward to trying them. However, I beg you to read Mercy for Animals and read how chickens are raised and treated before you recommend so many chicken recipes. This is something on which we all must be informed, for many reasons.
Janeen, thank you for this information. ❤️ I hope you like everything you try from my website.

I love your recipes. Can you tell me how to get crumbly Italian sausage. I don’t think I have ever seen it
Sally, I usually get crumbed Italian sausage in the frozen section. Sometimes, some stores have it in the meat department, too. Even if the raw sausage is in casings, you can take it out of the casings and crumble it.
