Julia,
Your recipes are amazing. And easy to follow and make. thank you so much!!!
Joy, thank you for your kind words - I really appreciate it! ❤️❤️
I know your recipes are free but I was wondering if you have a cookbook that I can buy? I am old fashioned and I refer the physical book.
Christine, I don't have a cookbook yet (focused on making my website better with more variety of recipes). But at some point, it would definitely be fun to write a cookbook! 🙂
I have tried a few of your recipees and they are absolutely fantastic.
So thanks - Julia 😉
Peter
Peter, thank you so much for your kind message! ❤️
Thank you so much for all the wonderful recipes. They all have amazing flavors easy to follow and easy to adjust for my husband’s kidney friendly diet and my dairy free diet. You have taken the guess work out of my meal prep. Looking forward to all the new recipes!
Lyndsae, your comment really made my day! ❤️ I am so glad you find my recipes useful and practicial and easily adjustable.Thank you for following along with me!
So funny! My daughter's are identical twins and I Too am attracted to ORANGE foods!!! Lol..I have always said that all my life....! Anyhow I love your recipes. Thank you for doing what you do. We have lots of great food choices here in Las Vegas where we live, however it's always nice to cook at home with fresh ingredients!
By the way, we love CO too! We may move there someday.
Danielle, thank you for such a fun and uplifting comment! ❤️❤️ You're so lucky to have twins! 🙂 From my personal experience growing up with a twin, I know that my sister and I kept each other company and always stayed (productively) busy, engaging in lots of useful and fun activities from early on, independently from our parents. I think a lot of twins tend to be very independent and self-directed because of our unique growing up experience.
Colorado is beautiful, Las Vegas is sure a fun place to visit! My husband went to the U-2 concert at the Sphere a month a go and he was in awe and wants me to experience the Sphere ASAP, too. 🙂
I find your recipes very appealing, but twice I have tried to print and am unable to do so. I submitted my email which was to send my picked recipe to my inbox. An email arrived without the recipe. Help!
Sharon, I will definitely look into this!
I only discovered you this very morning & am in awe of your recipes.
Myrna, I am very happy your discovered me and I hope you find lots of recipes here you enjoy! 🙂

Hi Julia, are the baby spinach leaves added in the Salad without cooking? I am from India and we always eat cooked spinach. Please help.
Ananda, yes, usually my spinach salads use uncooked, fresh spinach leaves. Once you add the dressing, it moistens the leaves. You can add extra dressing if you like - it will make the leaves more pliable, moist, and wilted.
Recipes popped up on FB. Always looking for new salad recipes to try - favourite time of the year
