Love baking with little foil packets and especially with salmon. Copper River Salmon goes pretty quick as it’s season is gone before you can blink, but Costco usually carries it. This looks sensational. Thanks!

Hello, I just have a question: If there is leftovers, how long do you think they would last in the fridge? Thank you, it seems delicious!

    • Julia July 15, 2016, 12:12 pm

The leftovers should last well for about 4 days – at least, that’s how long I would usually keep them.

  • Marissa July 18, 2016, 10:01 pm

would this work as well in a glass baking dish? Do I have to use foil?

  • Lizzie September 21, 2016, 7:06 pm

Would this turn out okay on the grill if I marinate in the mixture for awhile?

  • Ryan October 3, 2016, 1:47 pm

I made this for dinner yesterday along side cilantro lime jasmine rice and cabbage. I had a little over 2lbs of salmon so I just doubled the recipe. I love cilantro so I did a little over what the recipe called for. Accidentally added the olive oil in the mixture and it still turned out great! It was AMAZING! Great recipe and VERY quick. I will definitely be making this again very soon.

  • Stephanie January 16, 2017, 11:54 pm

Could I use talapia for this recipe? If so, do I cook it for?

    • Julia January 31, 2017, 2:48 am

You can use tilapia. I would cook it for about the same amount of time and just watch the fish towards the end of cooking to make sure it’s not overcooked. Depends on how thick your tilapia fillets are.
