First of all, the pictures of your food are so attractive and make the food look so yummy that I end up saving every post. Second, I think you should definitely publish a cookbook with your pics and recipes. I am.a cookbook junkie and would be one of the first to buy one just to have on my counter. Third, I can't wait to try so many of your fall recipes, especially the pumpkin bundle cake!
Carrie, you are too kind! ❤️ Thank you for so many compliments and such a thoughtful comment - it means a lot to me! I hope my recipes do not disappoint you! 🙂
Julia,
I tried the chicken, butternut squash, with spinach and orzo and creme. Oh my goodness this had to be one of the best dinners I have made in a long time. I can't wait to try more.
Thanks for your cooking tips.

I have a question regarding the Sausage Stuffed Butternut Squash: do you mix the cooked squash that you have scooped out with the sausage mixture then put it all back in the squash shell?
Diana,
Yes, you can mix the scooped-out cooked squash together with the sausage mixture and then stuff the squash.
Or, you can add the scooped-out squash to the largest cavities of the butternut squash halves and then top with the sausage mixture.
On the Autumn Roasted Vegetables and Sausage with Farfallo Pasta, you dint include the recipe for the Garlic Butter Sauce!
This sounds fabulous and healthy!
Thank you, Keela!
Im going to try
Enjoy!
You are by far, my favorite recipe-go-to person! I have made several of your recipes, and each one is better than the last. Keep them coming!! (Can't wait to make some of your butternut squash dishes!!)
