How many e-mails can you expect per week?
- You can expect 2 e-mails from me each week. One on Wednesday, and the other one on Saturday. These e-mails will provide you with my weekly picks of delicious recipes, including all NEW RECIPES.
- If using GMAIL, check your PROMOTIONS folder - my e-mails might be hanging out over there. In that case, move my e-mails to your PRIMARY folder not to miss them next time.
- The subscription is 100% free, and you can unsubscribe at any time (Unsubscribe button is at the bottom of all my e-mails). You can also re-subscribe at any time! 🙂 I am happy to have you!
What kind of recipes can you expect?
- I love to cook with seasonal ingredients. For example, in the Fall (right now) I create a lot of recipes with butternut squash, spaghetti squash, apples, pumpkin, you get the idea! In the Summer, I love using tomatoes, basil pesto, asparagus, peaches, plums, cherries, and other Summer veggies and fruits.
- Nutrition-wise. Most of my recipes are protein-based. Many are gluten-free, low-carb, and keto. I also love to create pasta dishes and salads.
