Strawberry baked brie is an easy party starter that comes together in only 30 minutes! Strawberries are cooked with honey and lemon juice and then poured over the melted brie cheese. Baked Brie

  • 8 oz brie cheese whole wheel of brie cheese

Cooked Strawberries

  • 1 lb strawberries hulled, cleaned, quartered
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ lemon freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz blueberries


How to bake brie cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place brie in a small baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the brie in the preheated oven at 350 F for 15 minutes until the cheese softens.

How to make quick homemade strawberry jam

  • In a medium, high-sided skillet, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Bring to boil and simmer for about 8 or 10 minutes, covering the pan with the lid for the first 4 minutes. Then, simmer uncovered, stirring, until the strawberries turn gooey but still intact. You can refer to the photos if you scroll up.
  • Pour the strawberry jam from the hot pan into another heat proof pan that is cold. This will allow the strawberry jam to cool off quickly and thicken.


  • Carefully transfer the baked brie to a serving dish, using something flat like a pie server.
  • Top with cooked strawberry jam (once it cools off enough to thicken but still warm).
  • Top with fresh blueberries scattering some of them around the base of the brie for presentation purposes. Top with fresh herbs.


  • Use parchment paper to line the baking dish in which you will bake the brie. This will minimize the cleanup.
  • Use a pie server to carefully move the brie from the baking dish onto a serving platter. This will ensure that the brie cheese won't break or fall apart.
  • Save time by cooking the strawberries while the brie bakes in the oven. This way, the whole recipe takes only 30 minutes!
