In a large salad bowl, combine arugula leaves, walnuts, raisins and grape tomatoes.
To make salad dressing: in a separate small mixing bowl, mix vinegar with olive oil, honey, whisking until emulsified.
Add dressing to the salad and toss until well mixed. Note: you don't have to use the whole amount of salad dressing - use just enough to coat. Top with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
