Loaded Homemade Guacamole
This easy homemade guacamole is loaded with black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, chopped cilantro, and, of course, avocados. Use freshly squeezed lime juice to season the guacamole. Fresh, easy, healthy, gluten free recipe.

Instructions
Mash avocados with the fork, squeeze the juice out of a half the lime and mix to combine.
Add black beans (drained and rinsed), corn, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and chopped cilantro - toss to combine. Add salt to taste.
Serve with extra cilantro on top, along with tortilla chips.
