I was just wondering, can this be served cold? Or would that change the taste?
Yes, this can definitely be served cold.
If i did this in a crockpot, how long would it need do you think?
I never tried making this in a slow cooker, but here is a recipe done in a slow cooker that looks good: https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/slow-cooker-spinach-artichoke-dip/
I was just wondering if you can make this recipe ahead of time and maybe heat it up in the oven before serving ?
Yes, you can make it in advance and then reheat it in the oven.
