I love homemade spinach artichoke dip! It doesn’t have that greasiness that some store-bought spinach dips have, and I know exactly which ingredients went into it. And, so easy to make!

I was just wondering, can this be served cold? Or would that change the taste?

I was just wondering if you can make this recipe ahead of time and maybe heat it up in the oven before serving ?
