Peanut Butter Crepes Stuffed with Strawberries and Bananas

I usually make crepes from scratch and have 2 recipes for crepes: regular crepes and gluten free crepes.

I also love to stuff crepes with all kinds of different fillings. Some of my favorite fillings include:

Strawberry and Nutella Stuffed Crepes

Crepes with Ricotta Cheese Filling and Honey Roasted Pears

Apple Cinnamon Crepes

I used crunchy peanut butter, which goes great with crepes! These are wonderful for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

I have a very good post about how to make crepes from scratch in a regular frying pan, which explains in detail (including step-by-step photos) how to successfully and easily make delicious, paper-thin crepes! Definitely check it out!
